I would recommend a static IP address of 192.168.1.1 login. Static address differs from dynamic address only by the fact that the latter can change every time you access the Internet, static address will be assigned to a subscriber and will not change when you access the Internet. Accordingly, you will be able to access all sites, as your IP will change from time to time. Of course, if your IP will be blocked at some site, even this will not help.

Internal (aka private, local, "gray")
External (aka public, global, "white")
I would recommend the internal one, it's more secure
