We plan to visit the Ardennes American Cemetry, Henri-Chapelle American Cemetry and the American Cemetery in Margraten soon. We are also organizing our own commemoration in our village on May 4 evening. And we find this kind of thing very meaningful to visit. With the realization that peace has taken enormous effort. And at the cost of very, very many victims from the USA, but also from other countries. |

We linked your site on our memorial site for many years, but now webs.com will close this site. We made a new site and linked your website again on our site at links. We think your site benefits our youth to search on about WWII and their warriors, Heroes of our freedom. we hope you like what we ve done with our search all those years, linking our website would be nice but is not neccesary. keep up the good work, they may never be forgotten a salute to all freedomfighters. best regards RDS webteam (Dutch) |

Thank you for providing a top tier WW2 research site. An upcoming Medal of Honor earner is living legend, one man Anzio army Sgt John Kostrisak. I nominated Sgt Kostrisak for the medal and the Senator gave his endorsement. Paul J. Cassavechia, M.A. ; Heavy Industry War Genealogist |

My father Capt.Humbert (Bert) Alfano is buried here. He died on 11/21/44 and I was born on 12/30/44. It brings me peace when visiting this site. I wish my mother could be buried with him. They loved each other very much. Her favorite flower was the Forget Me Not! If someone has adopted his grave, please contact me. I would love to share some pictures with you. Thank you, Carol Ann Alfano |
