Looking for any information on these dogs in the United States...Has anyone here in the U.S. used them as a guard for sheep/goats? How are they with small children and families. Are they agressive guard dogs? Breeders in th U.S.? Any info would be appreciated.

Desenul care reprezinta Ciobanescul Romanesc Carpatin ar trebui sa prezinte un exemplar IDEAL, STANDARD!!
**** *** se poate observa acel exemplar desenat reprezinta cainele ideal pentru cei care l-au desenat, respectiv conducerea, "specialistii" clubului C.N.C.C.R.C.R.C.
Dar *** se paote usor observa exemplarul desenat este:
-cu spate inseuat, linia superioara ascendenta
-cu babine cazute
-cu corpul inscriptibil intr-un patrat, **** *** se poate usor masura
-exemplarul desenat nu are panase, inspecial la picioarele din spate
-ca nu are linia superioara dreapta se datoreaza angulatiei membrelor posterioare
Daca acest desen cu o multime de defecte , conform standardului rasei ,reprezinta IDEALUL pentru presedintele Turculet si vicepresedintele Babutan nici nu e de mirare ca nu sunt capabili sa scoata produsi de calitate.
Nici macar nu inteleg prevederile unui STANDARD.
Cu atit mai grav ei nu stiu *** trebuie sa arate Ciobanescul Romanesc Carpatin.
Iar aceasta este reflectat de aspectul exemplarelor produse si promovate.RUSINE LOR!!!

-Duna de calimani o catea jenant de molossoida, tipica pentru Turculet Vasile , ca doar de aceea a semnat proiect de standard la Gura Humorului in 1997, in care Ciobanescul Romanesc Carpatin era MOLOSSOID si de TOATE CULORILE.
-Cezar de calimani caine deosebit , creat de acelasi "specialist" Turculet si "fortat " campion de alta lepra Babutan Dan care vroia "carpatin cu par pe obraz", ...pacat ca are muscatura in cleste-respins reproductie!!!
-Caini tarcati -respinsi reproductie!!!
-Catel evident molossoid!!!!
Se pare ca in acelasi spirit de profesionalism ce va caracterizeaza, nici macar numele proprietarilor nu ii cunoasteti.
Desigur pe cei care nu sint "domni" in opinia voastra, ma refer la ICLENZAN.
VASILE ICLENZAN-este cel care a gasit aceea documentatie la care faceti voi referire( 1931, 1934, etc)
VASILE ICLENZAN- este cel care a selectionat cainii de tip LUPOID, si care s-a luptat atitia ani cu acele persoane dornice doar de titluri, ( Turculet si Babutan) , astfel ca sa avem si noi romanii o rasa recunoscuta.

Ciobanescul Romanesc Carpatin este un caine de tip LUPOID si nu s-a numit niciodata Zavod, mai mult Zavodul romanesc era un caine de tip molossoid asemanator cu Cainele de Pirinei.Acest lucru se stia inca din 1934, existind in acest sens documente si articole publicate in revistele vremii: revista Carpatii, revista Institutului National Zootehnic, etc.
