Hi everyone.

I’ve been reading a fascinating study about how different shapes and colors in our digital environments can actually influence our daily stress levels.

I decided to test this out by changing all of my notifications to display a heart pfp whenever a friend messages me.

I honestly feel like I’m a bit more relaxed when I see that shape instead of a standard blank silhouette or a stressful work logo.

Has anyone else noticed that their mood improves when they curate their digital space with positive imagery? I’m definitely feeling the benefits of my heart pfp.
