Jessica’s Birthday Party 2019 will be held on (Sunday) August 11th afternoon in Hong Kong. If you would like to participate, please email to jx.bdayparty@gmail.com to register. The estimated fee per person this year is HKD570/RMB510 (Same price for both adult & child). The limit of participants has been increased to 180 on a rolling basis this year. Please read carefully on the requirements below.

Fans who have successfully registered will receive an email with payment methods. In order to secure a seat, please make payment within 3 days otherwise your registration will be cancelled. Upon receipt of the payment, we will confirm your registration by email. Party details such as time, venue and rules will be sent via email a week prior to the party.

**IMPORTANT: No refund will be allowed. Please notify us immediately if you decided not to attend even after payment is made, so that we can arrange substitution for those who is on the waiting list. Any extra fund will be donated to SAA. Registration cannot be transferred to any other person and we will be checking ID before you enter the party venue. Also, collecting party souvenir for anyone who ended up not attending will NOT be allowed in any case.

Jessica’s Birthday Party 2019將定於8月11日 (星期日) 中午在香港舉行。我們將在今天的中午12時正開放報名, 預算費用為每人港幣570/人民幣510元 (成人/小童同價)。今年的名額增至180人, 先到先得。如有興趣參加, 請通過電郵報名, 並請閱讀清楚以下條款。

粉絲報名後會通過電郵收到付款資料, 請在3天內完成付款, 我們會在收到款項後通過電郵向粉絲確認。若逾時未支付款項, 你的報名將會被取消。而生日會的其它詳情(如地點, 時間及規則等)會在生日會的一週前再以電郵通知大家。

**注意：我們將不設退款服務。如付款後決定不來，也請立刻通知我們，這樣我們才可以讓想出席的後補參加者補上。我們會把多出的收費全數捐給SAA。報名名額不能轉交給別人，所有參加者將要出示身份證明文件核對姓名後方可進場。另外，無論參加者因任何原因不能出席，所有生日會的記念品將不能代領，亦不會安排補發。
