Following long haul flights i am quite ill for a few days.I feel as if the floor is coming up.This tends to ruin the first few days of my hols.Have tried water,sickness tabs no good.Any suggestions?

Great News, I have found something that will help.I went to the doctor this time and have been taking phenergan 10mg tablets 3 times a day until i was at my destination.These have practically cleared up the problem i had.Excellent.I was also prescribed a slow release patch that you put behind your ears.Hvae not had to use yet.
