PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION TRAINING WORKSHOP FROM 4TH TO 7TH DECEMBER 2017

Africa Institute for Project Management Studies (AIPMS) is pleased to announce a Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation Training Workshop to be held in Juba, South Sudan.

Africa Institute for Project Management Studies (www.africadevelopmentresources.org) is an organization that was founded in 1999 as a capacity building expert and a development think tank that proposes solutions for development problems facing third world countries with a big capacity building portfolio in Africa.
We have delivered timely and professional capacity building services to a wide variety of organizations in the development sector. These include donor organizations, government agencies, co-funding agencies, International and local NGOs, government agencies and private sector firms. We have conducted successful programmes for many organizations.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
To increase your project management and monitoring and evaluation skills for effective and successful project implementation and tracking for results while expanding your career opportunities.

COURSE OUTCOMES

The Project Management and monitoring and evaluation course will introduce learners to tools and techniques for designing , planning and implementing projects as well as to measuring and reporting project/programme results to your stakeholders, including donors, funders, supervisors or the general
public. At the end of the course, participants will become familiar with the components of an effective project planning and implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation plan, and methods and tools to conduct data collection, statistical analysis and reporting. The course will enable you to prepare the ground for undertaking monitoring and evaluation and
analyzing the results. Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation will also help participants understand the key components for effective M&E in order to improve management performance and evidenced based decision making.

Participants coming from outside JUBA are requested to organize their own accommodation and transport. We can however reserve accommodation space for you at the Intra Hotel.
