We normally land 4R and dep 31L on the mid shift. Since 31L was closed, we used 31R.

Just wondering why there are heavy jet departures flying off of runway 31R? They are flying the standard climbs such as breezy point and Pelue, but why are they going off of runway 31R instead of the left?
