At school today, I was in Earth Science class and we were just sitting around having fun and talking about weather. The subject of aviation came up. I immediately remembered this site and told my teacher that you can listen live to JFK ATC here. He became excited as did most of the class finding it interesting to be able to listen to air traffic. He jumps on the internet and what happens? The server was unable to allow any more streams. My teacher and I tried repeated times within the hour class but every time it was busy.

The people that love aviation, that's who! If you didn't put the feed up, you have no right to say something like that. It's a public service, so everyone's entitled to it, and if some use it while others don't, that's nothing anyone can help. You just have to make do like the rest of us who try to get on. COOL YOUR JETS!! I have the same problem, but I deal with it. There are so many other sites with live atc. This is a site that I love to try when JFK is down. Life is tooo short to have this much stress. Click the link above

This might be a dumb question, but I love listening to that too. I have tried all evening sometimes to get on, and it won't work. I wouldn't be against maybe donating some money towards an upgrade if there is a way you can make it allow more users. Is there even a way to do that?

What are people doing listening at 1pm...well..we live in a big world..and its not 1pm for everyone! didn't you learn this in earth Sciences?

I live in the UK..so for me...assuming you are in Eastern time zone...its 6pm.
