The article claims that Polish companies have contract built for companies such as Jeanneau, Sea Ray, Marine Power Europe etc. So presumably the quality standards are acceptable.
Polish boat builders certainly have the experience. Like Harlandt and Wolff in Belfast Gdansk was home to one of the larger boat builidng industries in its past - Solidarnosc started there!
Now they have been put out of business by the Koreans, too - and this when either they started to look at building smaller ships or where asked if they would.
They are certainly up to shipbuilding - what interests me is how does this compare with UK based builders in types of quality, price, fit out etc. Does it make a difference and if so which?
