It was reported in the current issue of Waterways World, but no further information. Assume it was because he is believed by the police to have commited some offence!

· 9 x counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception
· 11 x counts of fraud by false representation
· 4 x counts of false accounting
· 4 x counts of theft

(Allegedly!!)

He is in court at the end of this month, formality I suggest and referral to Crown Court.
