Hi Alec, tried accessing the page but unsuccessful. I got to the page TVB 42 Good Show and saw pics & names of artistes. click on one and click the right button. it does not take me to the next voting page but to a page where i see new shows and their names. as i cant read chinese, am at a loss. what happened? TQ

Yes, you have to keep trying until you it takes you to a new window asking you to run or download. Click on run and you will be taken to another new window.
