第一步：从http://www.cnproxy.com/proxy1.html找代理服务器，如：148.233.159.24：3128等
第二步：依次点击IE浏览器上方的“工具”—internet选项—连接—局域网设置，在出现对话框中的“为LAN使用代理服务器”前面方框打钩，将在第一步中找到的代理服务器分别输入地址和端口中，最后点击确定。
this proxy(148.233.159.24：3128) is very good,I always use it.If it does not work,u can try another from the proxylist on the above website.
ps:once don't try to enter this website,remember to cancle the proxy,just like the second step.Using proxy will make the internet speed low.

I think its possible to go thru' google too. Type in Jessica Hsuan in the search box and look for a thread with a small lil fullstop

Maybe your mom's pc is like mine.She may have a try with my method.
1.open"工具"
2.choose the "internet选项"
3.choose the"连接"
4.choose the "局域网设置"
5.choose the "为Lan使用代理服务器"
6.try to input"192.228.248.20" into the table next to the "地址"
7.input the "20" into the table next to the "端口"
