Yeah, because the letter provides information that only Jessica knows

Like the fact that she will be in Kunming for filming or there will be a function in November. Also the webmasters has ways to check with Jessica herself.

she said it'd just be a quicky note to give us an update...Jessica is a human being afterall, she has her rhythm too...
