hey katie!
Open that program,search for something like a blank paper,its called NEW..it is just next to the PAUSE button at the top..just click on that NEW and then paste the URL of the show u want to download..now,tick log in server and enter your username as well as password.Finally,press ENTER!:)..is that ok??

you can open it in WMP, I like WMP better anyways, download Storm codec.. umm just google it you'll
