It is not fun when you get stuck on a boat (not a livaboard) while waiting for your dive buddies or on a fishing trip. So how do you avoid from getting seasick?

Here is a very simple method. Look into the distance and focus your sight on something stationary (ie. a hill, tree, etc). After a while, you would no longer feel nauseous.
