ppl souldn't download the drama from web.
if fans can not see the show or they are not in HK. The fans should go to ASIAN video shop in any where they live of country. They can rent from there.because most shop are get copyright under by tvb.

這道理大家應該就要知道的.
那些藝人辛辛苦苦出唱片拍電影.花費做宣傳.
而我們在這得取免費的福利.本來就屬於犯法的事.
之前就開始有點不爽.版主應該要注意一下那些fans的檢點.
他們不斷在做不合法的下載.應該制止的.

1. 海關是憑什麼拉人 ?
海關 24小時監察各個 BT newsgroup，當一發現有新 torrent file時，立即利用 BT
軟件進行 download，在 Peers 列表檢查有幾多個是 100% Seed，如果只得一個是 100%
Seed，海關便假設這是首粒種子。之後等到海關 Download 100%，再看物品是否侵權才作出行動。


2. Torrent file， Seed 和 IP 地址的關係？
海關要依靠以上三個元素才能有效地舉証，以下情況海關難以確認誰是首個發放者：
A. 放 Torrent file 的文章 IP 地址與 Seed 不相同。
B. Download 時 Peers 列表已經多於一個 100% Seed


3. 為何Torrent file 的文章 IP 地址與 Seed 不相同，海關難以舉証？
因為放 Torrent file 文章的人是 Copy 或 Forward 他人之 Torrent Index，他電腦內可能根本沒有這個
Seed file.

4. 為何Download 時 Peers 列表已經多於一個 100% Seed，海關難以舉証？
因為海關根本不知誰是首粒種子，若沒有一粒種子與 Torrent file 之 Post 相同，
可能最早的第一粒種子已經離線。

5. 什麼是 IP 地址？
文章發放於討論區或新聞組，都會留低一個 IP 地址，正如你發電郵給別人，
在對方的郵件上亦會顯示出你當時使用的 IP 地址。所有 IP 地址，
都是由所屬之互聯網供應商分發的。必要時，執法部門可向法院申請搜查令，
要求互聯網供應商提供當時使用者的資料。但海關在確認 IP 地址時也會遇上困難，
如互聯網供應商只保存幾天的記錄及有些小區或整座大廈都是用同一個組 IP 地址。
如果 IP 地址是在海外，本地海關更加無法跟進。

6. Download 會否犯法 ?
現今香港法例並沒有所謂非法下載之刑事條例，即是說 任何方法的 Download 行為也不涉刑事責任。

7. 用 BT Download 會否因同時上載而觸犯法例？
A. 用 BT Download時，軟件會同時將你所下載的檔案同時上載給其他連線者，
但這樣很難或跟本不構成一種罪行。因為 BT 之軟件根本不是使用者能控制，他可能不知道軟件會從他的電腦強行上載檔案給其他人，就算他知道軟件的運作情況，也沒有証據証明他有動機進行分享。因為
BT軟件的設計，不能設定上載為 0K，除非法例禁止使用 BT 軟件。
B. 多個一個 Seed 時，海關難以証明從那個 Seed 可下載得 100% 檔案，因為速度不同，下載了
100% 的人在離線前可能只上載了 20% 不完整之檔案。

8. 管有或儲存多少數量的侵權物品在家中或電腦是犯法？
不論數量多少，不重覆及不涉商業用途，就算你自行到警局自首，他們也沒有辦法加罪於你。

True. I totally agree with what the boardmaster has stated "As loyal fans of Jessica, we need to support Jessica by renting, or purchasing the series, or paying cable/satelite service from TVB. Because Jessica's management is under TVB, so we need to support TVB as well." and "You guys need to consider Jessica's feeling because she does visit this forum. Illegal downloading her own works at her own forum, all of her hard works and many other casts/crews will be down to the drain."

We must try our best either to purchase/rent the dramas. Lucky for me, over my side, they do sell tvb/tvbi dramas, therefore allowing me to purchase them. :)

i dun think d msg is from d real TVB. this forum is too informal for such a serious formal warning if TVB were to really take action. also, d english used isn't very good so i dun think it's from TVB.

Hmm..TVB has got their point..guess i can only watch trailers coz as far as my concern there is no longer rental shops renting TVB series in brunei..will stick to TVB's rules then..thank u TVB for informing..never know there is such rules leh..*ciao*
