Jessica’s Birthday Party is set on August 25th, 2013 (Sunday) in Hong Kong. If you would like to participate, please e-mail to jx.bdayparty@gmail.com to register. The deadline of registration is on July 7th, 2013 (Sunday) and there will be a limit of 120 participants. We cannot guarantee your registration beyond that, but we will put you on waiting list if possible. There shall be no further amendment on attendance after August 5th, 2013 (Monday).

Please include the following details in the e-mail when you register:

E-mail Address (If different from the one you registered):

Please also give us the names of your friends if you wish to sit at the same table with them. We will try our best to make the arrangement.

Due to inflation, the fee is budgeted around HKD480 per person. We shall do our best to control and reduce the cost as low as possible. The fee shall be collected on the date of the event. We will send you an email to let you know the details of venue, time and fee once they are confirmed.

由於近期通脹原因，活動費用預算每人大約港幣480元。我們會視乎實際情況(如參加者人數)，盡量控制所需開支，降低每人所需繳付的金額。費用將於活動當日派對開始前收取。

其它詳情（如地點，時間，確實費用以及支出明細等）將在一切確定後以電郵方式向參加者通知。

Dear Fans,

Thanks for your overwhelming support - we have received more than 130 applications now thus we would need to stop the registration.

For those who have received our confirmation email, it means that you have successfully registered and are guaranteed a seat. For those who registered as a group, the confirmation email was sent to the one who sent the registration email. Please check with your friend to find out the status of your registration.

For those who have not received the email, you are now put on the waiting list. We will notify you by email in case someone withdraws. It will be on a first come first served basis.

If you have registered and later decide not to attend, we would appreciate it if you could notify us as early as possible. The participants’ list will be finalised on 3 Aug 2013. Please note that you will still be charged the fee in full if you do not notify us by then.
