食量驚人 嚇窒男友 宣萱豪擲5位數請食鮑魚

(星島日報報道)每個人對食的要求也不同,宣萱(Jessica)自問不算「奄尖」,她覺得食物是用來填飽個肚,就好似入油一樣,尤其是開工,她對食是零要求,不過她會因應不同環境作出調節,她透露試過有1次請同事吃鮑魚,埋單5位數是她人生吃得最豪的一餐。文:余潤娟 圖:譚志光

  說到各國美食,壽司是Jessica的至愛,其次有炸豬扒飯、韓國燒牛肋骨及肉醬意粉。Jessica說:「我最喜歡吃日本菜,日日吃也不會厭,壽司及湯麵實在太美味,而且少油感覺健康一點,3個人吃40多碟壽司幾恐怖,每次一定要吃吞拿魚腩手卷壽司,吞拿魚、葱加芝麻這個組合太無敵!」之前她與男友去日本旅遊,這次男友才真正見識到她的食量,通常與朋友吃飯,都會當她是一個男人的食量。

  喜歡洗碗多過煮飯

  Jessica推介銅鑼灣一間日式食店的炸豬扒飯,無論豬扒、珍珠米、椰菜絲及醬汁都拎滿分。除了豬扒,Jessica更是無牛不歡的人,她講起韓國燒牛肋骨便流口水。

  煮飯與洗碗的問題,Jessica竟然喜歡洗碗多過煮飯,她笑笑口說自己喜歡乾淨感覺,廚藝有待努力學習,如果將來(結婚後)逼著要入廚相信廚藝不會差。

English Translations

Everybody has different preferences towards food. Jessica is not picky regarding food and eat to live. In terms of catering during her work, she does not have much demands. However, Jessica will adapt herself to the circumstances and have tried a 5 digit abalone meal when she was treating her colleagues.

Jessica's favourite food includes Sushi, Pork cultlet rice, Korean beef and Spaghetti. She mentioned, "I loved Japanese food and will never get sick of it. Sushi and Ramen are delicious and more healthy with less oil. I have tried 3 people eating up 40 plates of sushi! Every time, I will try hand-rolled tuna sushi. The combination of tuna and sesame is heavenly!"

Her previous trip to Japan with her boyfriend is an eyeopener for him. She is often said to have the appetite of a man when she is dining with her friends.

Jessica preferred washing dishes to cooking

Jessica recommended a Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay for Pork cutlet rice. She gave full marks for its cutlet, rice, vegetables and sauce. Jessica loved both pork and beef, especially Korean beef.

Jessica preferred washing dishes to cooking as she loves the clean feeling. She also mentioned that she needs improvement in cooking. If she is required to enter the kitchen in future, it should not be too much of a problem.
