It turned out to be a beautiful evening of fishing for John McQueen , his wife and 2 daughters. John wanted to catch a few trout with the family . We departed from the "Lakehouse" around 2:45 pm and headed the big Pathfinder south. We were greeted with a small chop but nothing compared to the rough seas that we had been fishing in over the last week. Our first stop had beautiful green water but no tide movement. The crew picked away at the fish catching 20-25 nice trout. No concentrations so we moved to another location . We found another 20 nice fish on doublerigged LSU and Glo/ chartreuse Bayou Chubs. We pointed the big Pathfinder north around 7:15 arriving back at the camp before dusk. No limits but a nice box of fish nevertheless. Good luck fishing!
