Trout Slam!

Enjoyed a very good afternoon trip with my son Dr. Brad Lake catching a boatload of hungry yellowmouths. The trout averaged 14-20 inches and were head shaking all the way to the boat. We started off catching the fish on a variety of lures but the bunker swim bait was what really got them going! No corks as all 50 fish were caught tightlining slow on top the reefs. Finding the schools of mullets was the key to success. We caught our first 15 fish on the end of the falling tide . The tide switched and the bite picked up with Brad and I reeling in doubles with strikes on almost every cast until we limited out. Another great day to be on the water! Good luck fishing.
