Anyone seeing the sign that is posted on the common road, Big Elk, saying 4HR will be denied access on March 3, 2013, need not worry.

4HR has a legal easement to use all of the common roads:
Big Elk, Latigo, & Jackrabbit

Easement Granting, 2001.
