I noticed a sign this past Saturday when entering through Big Elk Rd off Highway 64 that basically said that access to 4 Hills Ranch will no longer be available via any Howard Mesa Ranch roads starting on March 3rd, 2013. I guess I am out of the loop on what is going on. Can anyone fill me in? Without access from there, do we need to weave our way up from Espee Road off Highway 64? I am in the Phase 02 Unit 02 area.

The sign went up February 4, 2013. 4HR board has informed HMR they have no legal right to deny us access and gave them proof.

In 2001, 4HRPOA was granted an easement for access through the HMR common roads: Big Elk, Latigo, and Jackrabbit

I can send you an email attachment of the Easement if you want.

We have a board meeting this coming Saturday, March 2nd
