Can you suggest a good YouTube video resource?

I used to have a negative attitude towards free music downloading and thought that it was unfair to musicians, but now it's not like that, musicians get 10-15% of it anyway, the rest is taken away by labels. Now something has changed, but I don't see anything wrong with downloading and listening to your favorite music for free. I usually use ytmp3, because for me it is the most convenient and reliable service for downloading music.
