For many researchers, transitioning from academia to industry can be a daunting and overwhelming process. It requires the individual to completely reconceptualize their career path and look for new opportunities outside of their traditional field. This is why we have designed the Individual Career coaching programs for researchers in Transition to Industry. This program provides an opportunity for those researchers who are serious about making a career change and are committed to finding a new job outside of academia.
