Looking at the latest additions to "The Drivers and Cars' section I want to thank you all for for taking the time and expense of sharing your experiences with the rest of us.
Because of your contributions of personal remembrances, stories, photos and memorobilia, Norwood Arena Speedway continues to grow into a more complete and lasting 'picture'of this New England racing icon with every passing week.
I echo Carl's thanks. The Norwood Arena web site would not exist without people providing historic information and loaning their personal collections to me to scan and post on the web site. The name of every contributor is listed in the photo caption "Courtesy of xxxxx Collection." Thanks also goes out to the true historians that have maintained extensive libraries on New England racing. None compares to R.A. Silvia who's vast knowledge and extensive collection of photos and facts makes up the majority of the Norwood Arena web site, a few books containing Norwood Arena material published by Coastal 181 press, and the Pro 9 Motorsports Museum in Rhode Island. A final thanks to those patrons that have contributed to help offset some of the annual operating expense/loss of the web site. Your generosity helps to keep the site alive and growing for all.
