I have found a soldier's service book belonging to my father James Carson Allen. It was issued upon his re-enlistment 6/6/19 in the Northumberland Fusiliers. It states that he belonged to the HLI 23rd. On the listings I don't see a 23rd. 22nd is the highest number. Can someone clarify this for me, and provide any information on HLI 23rd. Thanks Bill
