Ruby 'live' at The Stables. M.Keynes.
Ruby was in fine form tonight. Very lively and bubbly. Not a sell-out but a good crowd as was shown by the long queue of people waiting for her to sign their CD's. Her band was excellent. A bit on the rocky side, but that is not a criticism. It seemed to fire her up and enjoy herself. Rather Go Blind still breaks me up live! The girl just gets better as she grows up. Get out there and catch her on tour. She is worth every penny!! (Also verified with Ruby that she was a backing singer with Jaki Grahame in Alexis Korner's Band. She thinks she was about 14 then ... and is 22 now??) |
