Looks like you've got a French four-glass regulator. If it is French it will have a highly polished circular or drum-shaped movement. Can't find LB listed, but AB with a star between the letters is listed in the European Trademark Index as a Paris maker, sometimes with the words 'Reed & Co, Paris' on the dial. It's not much, but these clocks are very difficult to identify.
