Message:   The Meteorology Department is warning people about ultra-violet radiation as summer gains strength and temperatures rise in the TRNC.

People are being warned to avoid staying in the sun, UV levels will be `very high` today and temperatures are expected to hit 38 degrees.

Last week, similar warnings were issued, advisng people to avoid spending more than 10 minutes in the sun.

Have a lovely sunny day but make sure you cream up and dont over do it, theres always tomorrow and the day after
