not sure if your aware... infact not sure if anyone reads this anymore. but there were plans for the skatepark on display in the church near jubilee park just before christmas last year. i was talking to one of the councilers and he said that the skatepark will definately go ahead along with all the other modifications to the park they have proposed, but the skatpark will cost around £30,000. but the council have plans to put up a bandstand and put new roundabouts and swings up for children, so funding is needed for the skatepark... anyone know where we can get a spare £30,000? |
