Dear Alan,
Thank's for taking note of our charity gig this Sunday at The Presidential, and many thanks to the BTT lads for helping to publicise the event.
Testicular cancer is indeed generally a young man's cancer, and as young lads ourselves, this is the main reason why we decided to support Everyman.
Testicular cancer is most prominent in young men aged between 20-25, even affecting males as young as 15. This is our age group, and we felt strongly that it was, and is important do something to raise awareness amongst our friends and peers about testicular, and other male cancers.
We have a great line-up of local bands, lots of great prizes donated by local businesses and some free grub, and I'd urge everyone to pop down, even if it's only for an hour.
I'll be in Wigan on Saturday and will make a point of coming down to make a contribution for your charity, see you there.
