Dave McKendrick has rebranded his website so it no longer claims to be the Ashton Community forum. I therefore publicly withdrew my objection to it, since that objection was always based on the fact that it was claiming to be something that it wasn't. I respect his right to state his views, even if I disagree with them, as long as he does not pretend to be speaking for other people.
I then posted 3 factual, non-political entries about topics that I believed to be of interest - Ashton market improvements; road safety improvements, and WAFC coaching sessions.
The message board was then suddenly closed!
I'm quite disappointed, really. Just when I decide it is acceptable to use the site, and try to give some factual information for people to discuss, the facility is withdrawn! |
