Water bill due in March 07
Why is the bill estimated? Could it be because that the next bill will reflect the 4% raise thus when it is read at a higher reading + the 4% will be a hidden tax to us tax payers; WHY?

Isnt it clear yet? The mayor will not raise "taxes" thinking it will lead him to higher officer somewhere. What happened to the county is coming to a village near you. Stay tuned |
