Looking for the home of the late Lewis B. Crowell
Hi, formerly from Alden but now live in N.C. I came across an advertisement for S&H Green Stamps in a 1960 edition of Life magazine. Its a full page color spread of "Mrs. Lewis B. Crowell in her attractive home in East Aurora, a suburb of Buffalo, which contains many gifts obtained with S&H Green Stamps". It shows Mrs. Crowell coming down the staircase in her home with her 3 kids waiting at the bottom. I thought whoever owns the home now would like to have this advertisement. If anyone knows which home this could be, or how I could find out, I'd love the help. Thanks!! |
