This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. Less than 5 minutes drive to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.


Accommodation consists of: Three bedrooms, Master bedroom with En-suite double bed and a built-in wardrobe, it also has its own roof terrace. The other bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and wardrobes. Furnished to the highest quality.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settees, TV with UK channels and DVD player and DVDs and board cards to keep the young ones amused.

25m sq. roof terrace on second floor which is accessed by internal staircase and has stunning views. all the way around of the sea, plaines and mountain. Communal Pool and a large park area, Less than 3 minutes walk from the villa.

Close by and well within Five minutes walk, you will find a commercial centre where you can find Engish and Spanish cuisine. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.
The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. At the rear of the Villa is the communal swimming pool and children's paddling pool with a big green park area to sit and watch the world go by and within a five minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.
