Do you believe in the various claims made by Swami Ramdev to cure fatal diseases? |

there is no logical explanation about the way of working of his yoga provided by ramdev..and also there is no scientific research about the drugs prescribed by him, i dont know what is the law doing here? i also like to state that mrs. brinda karat actually made his side stronger by saying that people should not take his drugs as it contain skull-fragments. naturally swami ramdev said, if it is doing a cure then why shouldnt we use it? but the actual question should be whether there is any scientific research about the pharmacokinetics and dynamics and side-effects and mechanism of the action of those drugs had been carried out or not? if, yes, where are the results? if no, then through which law he is using it? many people argue that there r thousands of proofs where ramdebji has cured his patients..then i can say there are many more proofs for astrologers where they can show they had been succesful..but, et the end of the day we should look at the logic and deep-statistics..we should look at the other portion also where their treatment has failed and did a lot of harm economically to lot of people..this is hypocracy.. and also i would like to say, money in our country can do a lot of things..there is a programme called "khoj khobor" in "akash bangla"..in one episode they just advertised for the treatment of ramdevji..i did a phone call to their office and said, why they r doing such advertisement of some unproved, illogical things? then they answered me ina very wayward manner that they have consulted a doctor of sweden who konws much more than me(i am only an mbbs pass out from cal university)!! |

There is a channel where Swami Ramdev provides online 'solution' to the problems of his fans.A person asked him that his spleen is enlarged, what he should do? Ramdev replied :drink 'go-mut'(urine of cow)  Dont know what happened to him!! |

well, i'm a rational thinker too.. but yoga, ayurveda are traditionally followed from centuries in india. not all of our ancient techniques were well documented. but if somebody has doubts,then they are free to carry out research on it.. not much research has been done on these things. until it is, we cannot come to any absolute conclusion
