A Guest On Earth
So, that was yesterday! Did the sun fail to wake you? Did Eros, miss it's chance, to say 'I love you'? Where are your ears, if not hearing Listen to new dawn as it arrives, with unquestionable answers A chorus, dew kissed, singing, in search of life This heartache,perishable, thickening a quicksand Sinking the bravest found resting on laurels Ever consumed insane defiant of daylight's prowess The owl, lost in darkness eyes blinded, cannot see, to unveil the mystery of light Shake your booty, yawn you are with colour Found to be nursing fetter, a fouling of the mind Holding quest, for survival Free-hearted, simply a guest on Earth !
