Hi Sandy, At Brevard Community College each student does one observed FMX on an adult patient at the end of the term for competency asurance. Radiology lab patients are usally from community dentists who send Rx for the FMX. No fee is charge for the radiol lab FMX.
Pano is done on a student partner UP to the pushing of the button. The first pano on a live patient in clinic must be observed (process evaluation) and recorded.
