I knew K8 made a lavender pound cake with Jennifers recipe but couldn't find it listed here.
So I checked out egullet and sure enough it was in the recipe section.
Here you go, just in case you feel like adding lavender to yours.

then add 1 cup of cake flour to your mixture, combine well,
then add the remaining 1/2 c. whipping cream, combine well,
then add the last cup of cake flour to your mixture, combine well.

Use a couple loaf pans or a bundt type pan.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
****Place in a COLD OVEN. Turn to 350 degrees, bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 20 mins remove from pan.
