Message:   I guess it depends on what type of fridge you have but I've been able to put cakes decorated with VERY dry gumpaste flowers on them for a couple days without a problem. Wouldn't do this in the summer because as soon as that cold cake hits the warm room air it will start to weep or sweat - that's when your sugar flowers will be in danger.
