Ghostly Area in the search grid!!!

I was looking at a Ghost book called 'the Iowa Road Guide to Haunted Locations' by Chad Lewis & Terry Fisk. I see that 315th Street and Gull Avenue is a place where people have seen Ghosts. That is the area Buddy Holly's plane crashed. It is just on the other side of Route 35 at 315th Street.... Not that far west from a place where we have been looking. West of 320th street is where the large Orb was photographed in the tree.

Maybe the orb in the tree is the ghost plane of the singers hanging around the area.... (I know this remark is way out there on a limb!!!)

What do you think about that? Has anyone been to the crash site? Anyone seen a ghost out there? It says there is a marker in the farmers field on a fence.

Post a comment on what you think about this area.

Re: Ghostly Area in the search grid!!!

I know...I know.... I told you it was way there out on a limb.

I just thought it was strange that I had been looking around that area recently and been searching and never knew where the Buddy Holly plan crash had been. Next time I make it back to Mason City we plan to check it out.

I know psychic stuff and ghost sightings seem so carzy, but so is the tunnel vision in some people I have encounted. There are good people who have it in their minds that Jodi will only be found in and around Mascon City and no where else. These people don't even entertain an idea to even search in impossible places.

I don't know the correct quote, but I think it was Sherlock Holms who said something like, 'when the possible has been eliminated then the impossible should be considered'. I know I didn't quote that right and I will change it when I find my book of Quotes.

In all these years and trips to Mason City there is one place where I have been surprisingly drawn to. Was driving by and got this terrible feeling and when I was out of the area it instantly went away. I tried to check out the site, but it either rained all day or was so hot I almost got heat stroke. I really think it needs to be checked further and next time with a sniffer dog, but to some it seems an impossibility.... What would Sherlock Holms do?
