  7. Are single occupancy packages available?

  8. How are the individual resort ratings determined?
Each resort's rating appears on the resort description page. The rating reflects the average rating given to the resort property by individual travelers to that resort. The ratings are based on the overall appearance of the resort, location, overall value and several other factors. Resort ratings are updated monthly as we receive additional information from our clients. Ratings range from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest possible rating. Any resort receiving an average rating of 1 or less is immediately removed from our resort list and will no longer be offered for sale.

  12. Can I bring alcohol to the bahamas from the USA in my carry on luggage? Can I ship the wine to the hotel in Freeport where I am staying?
Yes, you may bring alcohol from USA to Bahamas in your luggage. However, most alcohol is much cheaper by the bottle in the Bahamas. You may want to bring some home. You can bring up to 6 bottles back with you (tax free). Shipping would be too costly and take too long. This would not be a good option.

  14. Why do some resorts have both extremely good and extremely bad reviews?
Resort reviews can be very confusing. All resorts (even the highest quality) have both bad and good reviews. In most cases, the worst reviews are due to an isolated experience. In many cases, bad reviews are the result of booking online and not speaking directly to a live travel agent who can answer specific questions and help you find a resort that fits your individual needs. All of our agents have personally visited every resort that we offer in the Bahamas. This knowledge is invaluable and something you won't find with any other online travel agency. We suggest contacting us about any specific needs or concerns you have so that we can make sure your resort is the right place for you. 1-888-852-3224
