  1. What is the return policy?
    Return Policy. United States Stove Company's Online store gladly accepts returns of any unused product within 30 days from date of purchase for a no hassle refund or exchange. We will not accept returns after 30 days. After 30 days if an item becomes defective, the product warranty will be enforced. All shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be placed through the online payment method used for the original purchase. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Returns with no receipt must reference the original order number. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders (no exceptions). If you exchange the product for one of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived. You will need a return goods authorization number (RGA). You can contact us for one, by e-mail sales@usstove.com or via our toll free customer service line at: 800-750-2723. Be sure all the return criteria mentioned above are met. Please write the RGA # on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice. Return Address United States Stove Company 227 Industrial Park Dr. South Pittsburg, TN 37380 Returns without an RGA# on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you. USSTOVE.COM is not responsible for shipping on returns: Shipping charges must be paid by you (Collect shipments will be refused). Refunds on Shipping Charges - If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged items, we will refund shipping charges. Please insure the product for its full value (If any damage or loss occurs during shipping on returns, we cannot assume liability). Note: Sales are final on special closeout item orders.

    Privacy Policy We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide on-line will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. Please read on for more details regarding our Privacy Policy. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? HOW DO WE USE IT? When you place an order, we ask you to provide information to complete and fill the order by filling out and submitting an on-line form. This information includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information. To continuously assess the value of our on-line shopping experience, we may track the way customers use our site; however, this information is analyzed only in the aggregate and not at the individual level. United States Stove Company has a strong history of providing excellent customer service and our goal is to continue this tradition on-line. Secure Shopping When buying from us on-line, you can shop with confidence. While no one can make an absolute statement that communications are 100% secure, we use industry standard encryption technology and secure commerce servers to maintain security of your personal information on-line.

  3. How do I purchase items on-line?
    We offer several ways this can be done. The easiest and quickest way is by shopping right from our website and accessing our secure server. Once there, you will be able to view all the items available on-line and be assured your personal information is protected. Here you can add items to your shopping cart, check out, and your done. You will receive confirmation of your order and an order number. With this number you will be able to follow the progress of your order. Another way is by contacting our office from 8-5 EST, Monday-Friday. We undertsand, some people are still a little aprehensive about entering personal information on-line. Therefore, we accept orders by phone. This method would require that you have the item number you wish to order and credit card number available once you call. Lastly, you can order my mail. Simply write down the item and quantity you require and call our offices for shipping charges. Then mail the order and check to United States Stove Company P.O. box 151 South Pittsburg TN 37380.

  4. When I purchase something on-line, do I receive a confirmation email?
    Yes you do get a confirmation email to the address you provided.
